Why should I choose PV?
Solar electricity is an up-to-date kind of generating electricity: renewable and economical, as well as clean and environmentally friendly. The feed-in of solar electricity into the public grid is emission free and therefore an outstanding environmental investment. Furthermore an accurate prognosis of the expected yields possible. Therefore the risks of an investment in a PV system can be minimized.
Every PV system is reducing the exhausting of greenhouse gases by saving coal, oil and gas. A one kWp PV system saves appr. 800 kg CO2-output annually (standard Germany).
When the contract of the feeding-in of the created electricity has run out after 20 years, the government will most likely legislate framework conditions to keep on using potential of the existing PV systems. As bottom limit for the feed-in tariff a price close to 20 cent per kilowatt hour is easily conceivable. If the price for electricity should keep on rising above average compared to today – due to a further shortage of fossil fuel and no longer use of atomic energy, the operator of a PV system can expect an above average income.
