SolConTec: Agreement with WAPO for strategic cooperation

SolConTec: Agreement with WAPO for strategic cooperation on Romanian Market. In the course of its expansion into upcoming European markets, SolConTec International AG and WAPO Service agreed to a strategic cooperation in Romania. With this agreement SolConTec International AG as a Europe-wide active system integrator successfully implemented first steps into the emergent and high-potential Eastern European markets.
The future cooperation of both companies covers the areas trade of PV components, as well as project development and execution. Both companies are counting on synergy effects of the long term experience of the SolConTec team in the field of development, technical planning and building of large industrial rooftop and Greenfield PV power plants, as well as WAPOs profound network in Romania in combination with WAPOs long term experience in building high-tech installations in the field of gas stations and related components, as well as waste water treatment.
Both companies are looking forward to a long term partnership and are planning to set up a sales network, as well as the development and execution of first projects in Romania until the end of 2011.
