Solar power on conversion area: 1 MW PV power plant on former landfill site near Berlin
SolConTec International AG successfully supported its customer Techno Solar Solananlagen GmbH, based in Berlin, in the conversion of a 1 MW power plant on the former landfill site Kyritz near Berlin.

SolConTec supplied the project with high-performance modules of its preferred partners Open Renewables and Phono Solar, which were applied on the varying partial areas within the power plant.

Techno Solar, which is located at the technology campus Adlershof, utilized a specially designed tray-shaped foundation that closely aligns to the surface of the former landfill without penetrating the outer protective layer of the filling.
