Easy profit – eco-credentials

Part of our project business is based on the construction of PV rooftop systems and selling these systems to investors. By leasing your rooftop or greenfield areas to construct a PV system, you will earn money with the otherwise unused area. At the same time you are participating in generating electricity free of emissions and make a significant contribution to saving our environment. For the realization of PV rooftop projects we are constantly looking for areas of minimum 400 m² (slanting roofs) or 800 m² (flat roof).

If you are the owner of such a suitable area, you generally have two possibilities:

1. Without own initial investment
   In this case you are leasing your rooftop area to third investors, and you can run it for your own account.You will receive lucrative rental payments without own administrative or cost efforts either as monthly payment or as an ongoing yearly lease.
2. With own initial investment
   In this case we install the PV system for you, which you operate to your own benefit. By investing in an own PV rooftop installation you are constantly profiting by the sale of the generated electricity and furthermore gain fiscal privileges in the year of investment.

If you should not own a suitable area, but have contact to owners of larger rooftop areas (town councils, companies, etc.) please also feel free to get in contact with us.
