SolConTec International AG is equipped with a team of employees who are all long term experts in the in the PV-industry. This project team were collectively involved in the planning and construction of over 12MW of PV power plants.

Corporate structure

SolConTec Holding AG, main shareholder (85.90%)
Munich based solar technology fund with ~1400 private investors, initiated by Fonds & Vermögen Dienstleistungs GmbH. The remaining shares are held by a private investor from Singapore (11.75%) and the employees of SolConTec (2.35%).
